This facility serves as the City of McAllen's Emergency Operation Center and Central Fire Station with a ten truck capacity. The two story structure serves as the central fire administration department wih the attached adjacent firehouse, inclusive of sleeping quarters, workout facility, shower rooms, dispatch and kitchen area. The second floor of the administration building houses the 911 call center and emergency disaster preparedness center. These key components of the EOC Center are constructed with a raised access flooring to provide flexibility for future expansion. Truck storage is controlled with a carbon dioxide monoxivent system that exhaust all harmfull vapors with a vented connection to each fire truck.
